Reservation Fee Requirement
To secure a vehicle, a reservation fee of £200 is required. Once payment has been received, the vehicle will be removed from active sale and held exclusively for the customer for a period of seven (7) calendar days (the “Reservation Period”).
Exclusivity of Reservation
During the Reservation Period, the dealership agrees not to offer, sell, or otherwise make the vehicle available to any other party. The reservation is made solely for the benefit of the named customer and is subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
Non-Refundable Fee
The reservation fee is non-refundable in all circumstances. Payment confirms the customer’s genuine intent to proceed with the purchase and acceptance of these terms.
Adjustment Against Purchase Price
Should the customer complete the purchase of the reserved vehicle within the Reservation Period, the £200 reservation fee will be credited toward and deducted from the total purchase price.
End of Reservation Period
If the transaction is not finalised within the Reservation Period, the reservation will automatically terminate without further notice. The dealership reserves the right to return the vehicle to the market immediately. No refund of the reservation fee will be issued.
Non-Transferability
The reservation applies only to the specific vehicle and customer named at the time of booking. It cannot be transferred to another vehicle or individual without prior written consent from the dealership.
Acceptance of Terms
By paying the reservation fee, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Reservation Policy and acknowledge that it forms part of the terms under which the vehicle is reserved.
